For all programs in the 2nd Supplementary Exams:


Turkish Language I course will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 09:00 in Classroom 9,


Turkish Language II course will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 09:30 in Classroom 9,


Atatürk's Principles and History of the Revolution I course will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 10:00 in Classroom 9,


Atatürk's Principles and History of the Revolution II course will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 10:30 in Classroom 9,


Foreign Language I course will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 11:00 in Classroom 9,


Foreign Language II course will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 11:30 in Classroom 9.


Dear students,


The first supplementary exams were completed between July 13, 2026 and July 17, 2026.


The second supplementary exams will be held between July 21, 2026 and July 24, 2026.


The deadline for applications for the second supplementary exam is July 20, 2026. Students must apply with a petition before the end of working hours.


In accordance with Article 44(c) of Law No. 2547, Article 37 of the Mersin University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education, Teaching and Examination Regulation, and the Mersin University Implementation Principles Regarding Procedures to be Followed at the End of Maximum Study Periods, adopted by the University Senate on September 13, 2023, with decision number 2023/105, students of our Vocational School who have completed their maximum study period at the end of the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year are granted 2 additional examination rights.


*Within the framework of the YÖK (Council of Higher Education) education and teaching regulations:


- Associate degree students are dismissed if they do not complete their studies within 8 semesters (4 years).


- At the end of four years (maximum period), students are given two additional examination rights for each course they fail. If the number of failed courses does not fall below 5 after these two additional examinations, the student's enrollment is terminated.


*According to the decision taken by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) on July 5, 2023, students whose maximum study period is about to expire can take exams for courses they have never taken or failed due to absenteeism.


**Students wishing to take the exam are required to apply with a petition. Petitions must be submitted to our Vocational School with a wet signature by the deadline specified below.

*To pass the supplementary exams, a minimum score of 60.00 out of 100 is required.


Please note the following statement in Article 10 (1) of the relevant implementation principle: "Students who have not registered for courses in the semester in which they have completed their maximum study period, but who will benefit from the supplementary exam right, must pay the contribution fee/tuition fee for the relevant semester."
