As a result of discussions held between our Faculty and AVES Energy, significant areas of cooperation were identified to improve our students' internship, practical training, and sectoral experience opportunities.

Within the scope of strengthening university-sector cooperation and enabling our students to experience maritime sector practices firsthand, AVES Energy officials visited our Faculty.

During the meetings, various cooperation opportunities were evaluated, primarily focusing on internships, practical training, career events, and technical visits that will contribute to our students' professional development.

As a result of the discussions, an agreement was reached with AVES Energy to offer internship opportunities to our Faculty's Maritime Transportation Management Engineering Department students on 10 vessels operated by the company, 8 of which are owned by the company. Furthermore, it was agreed to create internship quotas for Maritime Business Management Department students at the SAVKA Liquid Cargo Terminal, which operates within the company.

As part of the collaboration, it was also decided to plan a career talk at our Faculty in October, for technical professionals from AVES Energy to share their industry knowledge and experience with students as guest lecturers, and to organize a technical trip to the SAVKA Terminal for our students.
