WORLD MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (MS) DAY AWARENESS EVENT HELD

On May 22, 2026, our Faculty's Social Responsibility and Projects Commission held an awareness event for "World Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Day." The event was attended by our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Necmiye CANACANKATAN, Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mahmut ÜLGER and Dr. Ş. Efsun ANTMEN, our Faculty Secretary Volkan DARÇIN, faculty members, and students. As part of the event, our faculty students set up a stand at Sayapark Shopping Center, providing information about MS to individuals seeking information and distributing brochures.

Our faculty students informed individuals visiting our stand at Sayapark Shopping Center about the prevalence of MS, its symptoms, risk factors, prevention methods, and treatment, and distributed brochures. This event, held as part of "World Multiple Sclerosis Day," aimed to draw attention to the disease and raise awareness.
