The Computer Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Departments of the Faculty of Engineering at our University have been accredited for a period of two years by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Engineering Programs (MÜDEK).

This significant achievement, attained through meticulous efforts carried out in line with our quality-oriented educational vision, once again confirms that our university’s engineering education meets nationally and internationally recognized quality standards. The accredited departments distinguish themselves through innovative, dynamic, and continuously evolving educational models that prioritize academic excellence and continuous improvement.

Commenting on this important achievement, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Erol Yaşar, expressed his satisfaction with the successful outcome of the University's accreditation efforts:

The accreditation granted by MÜDEK certifies that the engineering programs offered by these five departments meet rigorous quality standards. Furthermore, it enhances the international recognition of the degrees awarded to their graduates through frameworks such as the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE) and the Washington Accord, thereby strengthening graduates' global academic and professional mobility.
