A training program on "Performance Indicator Analysis" was held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, in the meeting hall of the Mersin University School of Health Services Vocational College, with the participation of academic and administrative staff.
The training was presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yazbahar Çetin Doğan from the Faculty of Health Sciences. The program covered the importance of filing and archiving systems in accreditation processes, the sustainability of institutional memory, and its contribution to quality assurance. Furthermore, the stages of transforming academic and administrative activities into traceable, verifiable, and usable evidence in accreditation processes within the context of performance indicators were shared with participants through example applications.
The training emphasized the contributions of systematically recording institutional processes, accurately analyzing performance indicators, and linking these indicators to evidence usable in accreditation studies to the quality management system. Participants had the opportunity to learn about process management and evidence generation through practical examples.
