“ Project Cycle Management Training ” Organized By Our Coordination Office Successfully Completed

The “Project Cycle Management Training,” organized by our Coordination Office in collaboration with the Mersin Governor’s Office from June 16–19, 2026, was successfully completed with strong participation from our faculty members.

Throughout the four-day training delivered by expert trainer Onur Çiftci, participants received comprehensive information on the fundamental principles and implementation processes of project cycle management. The program covered the entire roadmap of a project in detail, ranging from the development of a project idea to the logical framework approach, and from activity and budget planning to monitoring and evaluation processes and long-term sustainability issues. In addition to theoretical instruction, dynamic hands-on exercises were conducted on critical topics—such as needs analysis, stakeholder analysis, creating problem and objective trees, defining performance indicators, risk analysis, and preparing the project budget—to enhance participants’ competencies in project preparation and execution. Furthermore, academics were provided with strategic insights into project development processes for national and international funding programs.

At the conclusion of the training, a survey was administered to gather participants’ feedback to guide future planning, and the program concluded with the presentation of participation certificates.
