According to the "Mersin University Implementation Principles Regarding Procedures to be Followed at the End of the Maximum Study Period" which came into effect with the decision of our University Senate dated 23/02/2023 and numbered 2023-9-27, students who have completed their maximum study period (4 years - 8 semesters) at the end of the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year will be given the right to take supplementary exams.

The documents related to the "Mersin University Implementation Principles Regarding Procedures to be Followed at the End of the Maximum Study Period" and the "Supplementary Exam Application Form" are provided below. The relevant form must be completed, signed with a wet signature, and submitted to the department secretariat.

Note: Supplementary exams will be held in person.

Important: Mersin University Implementation Principles Regarding Procedures to be Followed at the End of the Maximum Study Period ARTICLE 9- (1) Students who wish to benefit from supplementary exam rights must apply in writing to the relevant Units on the application dates determined by the Units after the semester/year in which they have completed their maximum study period. (2) Students who do not submit a written application to benefit from the additional exam rights are deemed to have waived their right to the exam.

Application Deadline: July 10, 2026

1st Additional Exam Dates: July 13-14, 2026

2nd Additional Exam Dates: July 16-17, 2026

The schedules for the 1st and 2nd Additional Exams of your program will be announced after the applications.
