According to Article 32/Paragraph 4 of our University's relevant regulations (mentioned above), the principles regarding make-up exams are as follows:

a) Students who are entitled to take the end-of-semester exam in the fall and/or spring semesters of an academic year but do not take the exam, or who have received a conditional pass or failure in the course(s) they took the exam for, may take the make-up exam. (Those who have not failed due to absenteeism and have received a conditional pass or failure grade in the course(s))

b) There must be at least two days between the end-of-semester exams and the make-up exam for the relevant course.

c) The score obtained from the make-up exam will be considered as the end-of-semester exam score. (It replaces the final exam grade)
