As part of our university’s digital transformation initiatives and efforts to expedite diploma processing, the revised procedures for diploma delivery are outlined below:

• E-Government (E-Devlet) and YÖKSİS Access: Your graduation data is promptly uploaded to YÖKSİS. You can instantly access and obtain your official graduation certificates via the E-Government (E-Devlet) portal.

• Requesting a Physical Diploma: Graduates who wish to receive a hard copy of their diploma, diploma supplement, and transcript must submit a request in accordance with the attached guidelines.

• Processing and Delivery Time: Once the request is approved, physical documents will be prepared and issued by the Department of Student Affairs within 10 (ten) working days.

To ensure a seamless process, all graduating students are kindly requested to thoroughly review the attached "Guidelines for Physical Diploma Requests and Delivery Procedures for Graduates."
