Dr. Alaiddin Koşar, a lecturer in the Business Administration Program at Mersin University's Vocational School of Social Sciences, participated in a meeting between alumni and active students organized by the Management Information Systems Department of Erdemli Applied Technology and Management Vocational School. Meeting with students in the department from which he himself graduated, Koşar shared his experiences regarding his education and career journey.

During the discussion, Dr. Koşar touched upon his experiences from his university years to his academic life, discussing his work experience in the private sector and his transition to academia. He candidly shared his "regrets" and "good things" from his student years, stating that the university experience offered significant opportunities for personal and professional development.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of foreign language education, developing computer skills, learning software programs, and the contributions of regular reading habits to career paths. Koşar stated that students who develop themselves in these areas will be able to make a stronger start in both their professional and academic lives after graduation, and emphasized the importance of students adopting a continuous development-oriented perspective.
