A handover ceremony was held at our University's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The outgoing Dean, Prof. Dr. Taşkıner KETENCİ, handed over his duties to Prof. Dr. Hasan YÜREK in a ceremony.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, which took place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Faculty Dean's Office, Prof. Dr. Taşkıner KETENCİ thanked all the academic and administrative staff he worked with during his term and wished Prof. Dr. Hasan YÜREK success in his new role.

Prof. Dr. Hasan YÜREK, in turn, thanked Prof. Dr. Taşkıner KETENCİ for his services to the faculty and stated that they would strive to ensure the further growth and development of the faculty, primarily with the support of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Erol YAŞAR, and the contributions of all academic and administrative staff.
