Sectoral Experience And Sales Processes Were Discussed At Atako Professional Development Seminars

Within the framework of the ATAKO Professional Development Seminar, conducted as part of the Logistics Program at Mersin University's Vocational School of Social Sciences, sector representatives met with students. The program was organized under the coordination of Lecturer Erdem Daşçı.


As part of the seminar, students first met with Human Resources Specialist Ahmet Düzgün under the title "ATAKO Introduction and Human Resources Processes." During the session, sector representatives shared information on corporate structure, recruitment processes, and human resources practices. Düzgün provided insights on career planning in the logistics sector, corporate expectations, and the importance of communication in the workplace.


In the following session, Line Sales Specialist Alara Özkan gave a presentation titled "Line Sales Techniques." The presentation covered the management of sales processes in the logistics sector, customer relations, persuasion and communication strategies, and practices aimed at creating a difference in a competitive market. Özkan shared important information on problems encountered in sales processes and solution approaches, drawing on examples from her field experience.


During the question-and-answer sessions held at the end of both presentations, students had the opportunity to directly ask the speakers about their questions regarding industry practices and career opportunities. Certificates of appreciation were presented to the invited speakers by Lecturer Dr. Gül Ferhande Canpolat and Lecturer Erdem Daşçı. The events concluded as productive academic activities that contributed to the development of students' professional knowledge and skills.
