As part of the Professional Development Seminar course for 2nd-year Logistics Program students at Mersin University Social Sciences Vocational School, an event coordinated by Instructor Erdem Daşçı featured Human Resources Specialist Gönül Gürdal as a guest speaker.

The seminar shared up-to-date information on human resources practices and professional experiences in the logistics sector, emphasizing the importance of effective communication skills, organizational harmony, and teamwork for professional success. At the end of the program, students had the opportunity to ask the speaker directly about their questions regarding sector practices and career paths during a question-and-answer session. The event created a productive learning environment that contributed to the students' professional development.

In his evaluation of the event, Instructor Erdem Daşçı stated that direct interaction between students and sector representatives significantly contributed to their professional development, adding that such events, which combine theory and practice, guide students in their career planning and that collaborative work with the sector will continue within the program.

At the end of the program, the Deputy Director of the Vocational School of Social Sciences, Lecturer Dr. Pelin Kılınç Özüölmez, presented a certificate of appreciation to the speaker, Gönül Gürdal, for her contributions to the event.
