According to the YÖK (Council of Higher Education) education regulations, associate degree students are dismissed if they do not complete their studies within 8 semesters (4 years).

At the end of the four years (maximum duration), students are given two additional exam opportunities for each course they fail. If the number of failed courses does not fall below 5 after these two additional exams, the student's enrollment is terminated.

2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Additional Exams:

The first additional exams will be held during the week of February 16-19, 2026.

The second additional exams will be held during the week of February 23-26, 2026.

The exams are conducted in person.

The deadline for registration for the first additional exams is Friday, February 13, 2026.

The deadline for registration for the second additional exams is February 20, 2026.

The exam schedule will be announced to students later.
