An online coordination meeting was held to strengthen academic and scientific cooperation between our university and the Universidad Nacional José María Arguedas within the scope of the Muñas Research Project, funded by PROCIENCIA. The meeting was moderated by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hakan ÖZTÜRK and attended by Research Dean Prof. Dr. Caner ÖZDEMİR, Faculty of Science Member Prof. Dr. Faheem Shehzad BALOCH, and our Coordinator of International Relations and Projects Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ümit İZGİ ONBAŞILI.

At the meeting held on January 15, 2026, our Coordinator of International Relations and Projects, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ümit İZGİ ONBAŞILI, informed the participants about the cooperation protocols that could be established between the two universities within the scope of the ERASMUS KA171 program and the joint projects that could be developed.

Participants emphasized the importance of mutual experience sharing and sustainable partnerships.

The meeting concluded with good wishes for future joint efforts and evaluations regarding cooperation protocols.
