Lecturer Dr. Pelin Kılınç Özüölmez, an academic from Mersin University Social Sciences Vocational School, delivered a training session titled "Digital Awareness" within the scope of the 10th Research Methods Seminar organized by the Mersin Tourism Graduates Association (METİOD).

In her presentation to the seminar participants held on Thursday, January 22 at the Antalya Side Star Elegance Hotel, Dr. Kılınç Özüölmez addressed current and important topics such as safe and conscious internet usage, digital rights, and individuals' responsibilities in the context of digital parenting. In the training, the importance of developing awareness against risks encountered in digital environments and acquiring healthy digital habits was emphasized, and parental responsibilities in digital environments were also underlined.

Following the answering of questions, at the end of the seminar program, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Lecturer Dr. Pelin Kılınç Özüölmez by seminar coordinator Prof. Dr. Celil Çakıcı for her contributions to the event.
