Due to the 2025 fiscal year-end procedures, new applications for Undergraduate Student Research Projects (TP1), Master's Thesis Projects (TP2), Doctoral Thesis Projects, Specialization in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, and Artistic Proficiency Thesis Projects (TP3), and Research Projects for Participation in National/International Competitions (AP9) conducted through the BAP Automation System will be closed from November 14, 2025, until January 2026.

Advance and purchase applications for ongoing projects will close at the close of business on November 14, 2025. Signed documents must be submitted to our unit on the same day, and offset documents for granted advances must be submitted by the close of business on December 10, 2025.
