NOTES

1. Candidates whose registration has been activated after submitting documents to the Institute's student affairs unit must log in using their e-government password via the "Student Login" section at https://obs.mersin.edu.tr, update their contact information, upload a photo, and complete their course registration (Your student ID card cannot be printed if a passport-sized photo is not uploaded to the system).

2. Master's and doctoral students with thesis requirements who are registered in another program/higher education institution must pay the fee levied on them.

3. In accordance with the Mersin University Campus Traffic, Vehicle Access, Parking and License Plate Recognition System Directive, the License Plate Recognition System (LPRS) established to control vehicle entry and exit on our campuses will be activated. In this context, starting from the beginning of the 2026-2027 academic year, students studying at our university must submit their Student License Plate Recognition System (PTS) applications to our Institute by completely filling out and signing the Mersin University Campus Vehicle Access, License Plate Recognition System and Visitor Management Information Text regarding the Processing of Personal Data.
