The "Graduating Students' Physical Diploma Request and Delivery Procedures Guide", prepared for our students who have graduated as of the end of the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year and who only request a physical diploma, is given below.

 For students who graduated as of the end of the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year and who only request a physical diploma, the diploma, diploma supplement and transcript will be prepared and delivered to the students by the Student Affairs Directorate within ten (10) business days.  

Diplomas for students who successfully completed their studies at our institute were previously physically printed after the signature process was completed. Currently, our students' graduation information is uploaded to the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS), and public institutions with YÖKSİS integration can access this information. Furthermore, our graduates can obtain their graduation certificates through the e-Government portal. This has largely eliminated the need for our graduates to physically receive their diplomas and diploma supplements.
