Dear Mersin University Students,

We invite you to participate in the survey we have prepared in order to understand your experience, satisfaction, and expectations regarding your education, and to identify areas that need improvement in higher education. In the raffle to be held among Mersin University pre-undergraduate, undergraduate, and graduate students who participate in the survey;

• One person will receive TRY 30,000,
• Five people will receive TRY 10,000,
• Ten people will receive TRY 5,000, and
• Twenty people will receive online shopping gift cards worth TRY 2,000.

Our main objective in this study is to improve your educational environment based on your feedback and to provide you with a higher quality learning experience. By participating in this survey, you can contribute to the improvement of education and services at your university. Your opinions are of great importance for the development and improvement of our universities. Your responses will guide us in creating a better understanding of education and service.

Our survey is being administered at Mersin University by the Council of Higher Education and is completely anonymous; the information we collect will be kept strictly confidential. We know that your time is valuable. Therefore, every student who fills out the survey in accordance with the conditions specified below will have the chance to participate in a special raffle.

The survey will remain open until July 30, 11:59 PM. While filling out the survey, you can save your answers and take a break at any time and continue later.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PRIZE RAFFLE

To participate in the raffle, you will be asked to provide a nickname and a keyword at the end of the survey. The raffle will be conducted entirely at random, and only surveys that are carefully and accurately completed will be included in the raffle. The nicknames of the raffle winners and detailed information on how to claim the prize card will be announced via email sent to all students by your university within three weeks. When you claim your prize, you will be asked to provide the keyword you entered in the survey, and upon this verification, your gift card will be delivered to you electronically by Mersin University Rectorate.

1. Surveys that are filled out randomly, incorrectly, or with contradictions will be identified and deemed invalid. Providing positive or negative answers to survey questions will absolutely not affect your chances in the raffle. For these reasons, we kindly ask you to be careful and honest when filling out the survey.
2. If it is determined that the same participant has filled out multiple survey forms, these surveys will be excluded from the raffle. To verify repeated submissions, when you receive your prize, you may be asked to confirm information such as your department, year of university entry, and grade point average.

Even if you do not win a prize at the end of the raffle, your answers and opinions are of great importance to us. At the end of the survey, there are two open-ended questions where you can share your thoughts about your higher education experience, areas you find problematic, or your ideas about the survey. Your feedback plays a critical role in the development of the educational environment.
