THE OF OUR DEAN FACULTY PROF. NECMİYE CANACANKATAN WAS THE GUEST OF THE PROGRAM “OUR PREFERENCE MERSIN UNIVERSTESI” BROADCASTED ON NİL RTV

Within the scope of the protocol between our University and Nil RTV, the Dean of our Faculty, Prof. Necmiye CANACANKATAN was the guest of the program “Our Preference Mersin University”, which is broadcast live on Tuesdays and Fridays every week. The program, produced by Baha Sadık Akıner, an employee of our University's Press and Public Relations Branch Directorate, was held on May 31^th, 2024 at 19.00 at Nil RTV studios.

Opening on July 31^th, 2000, and accepting its first students in the 2001-2002 academic year, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Prof. Necmiye CANACANKATAN started her speech by explaining the establishment process of our Faculty of Pharmacy and talked about the social, physical and academic facilities in our Faculty of Pharmacy and the collaborations with institutions and organizations.

Talking about the education and training opportunities in our Faculty, and the competencies of the academic staff, she emphasized that the quality of education is registered due to its 6-year full accreditation. She reported the internship, scholarship, Erasmus+, Farabi, and Mevlana exchange programs offered to students in our faculty.

In the last part of the program, the Dean of our Faculty Prof. Necmiye CANACANKATAN, who made statements about the job opportunities for our faculty students after graduation, explained why our prospective students who want to study at our Faculty of Pharmacy next year should prefer Mersin University Faculty of Pharmacy.
