In accordance with the decision made by the Presidential Digital Transformation Office, additional security measures will be implemented to ensure the security of data entries in the Student Information System (ÖBS). As part of these security measures, academic and administrative staff, as well as students, will be able to access the Student Information System (ÖBS) only through e-Government, effective March 1, 2024.

 In order for administrative users to log in to the Student Information System (ÖBS) with their E-Government password, they must activate Two-Way Verification (Two-Step Login) via E-Government.

Students and academic staff will be able to log in to the Student Information System (ÖBS) with their E-Government passwords without activating Two-Way Verification via E-Government.
