The primary objective of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering program is to train well-equipped engineers who can access, produce, and apply knowledge in electrical, electronics, and information technologies for the economic, scientific, and technological development of our country and humanity. The primary goal of graduate programs is to deepen the knowledge students have acquired during their undergraduate education, provide more detailed information according to their areas of interest, enable them to become proficient in these subjects, and lay the foundation for training scientists who will contribute to global science.
The organizational structure of our department has been established to ensure the effective implementation of education and training, research and development, and social contribution activities. The administrative and academic management of the department is carried out by the department chair and their assistants, while decision-making processes are conducted through the department council. Our department has 6 sub-departments, with a total of 4 professors, 3 associate professors, 6 assistant professors, and 6 research assistants. Within the administrative structure, the department secretariat and relevant support units ensure communication and coordination between students and academic staff. Processes are supported through structures such as the Education and Training Commission, the Strategy Planning and Evaluation Commission, and the Student and Teaching Staff Exchange Program Commission; in addition, student participation in decision-making processes is ensured through student representatives. Our department operates under the Dean's Office within the Faculty/College management chain. The organizational chart is provided below.
The unit's administrative structure is shown in the diagram below.
