MERSİN ÜNİVERSİTESİ
He was born in 1980 in Gülnar district of Mersin. He started his high school education at Konya Çumra Agricultural Vocational High School after passing the public boarding school exam and graduated from Mersin Dumlupınar High School. He completed his university education at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Department of High School Science and Mathematics Education with a master's degree. He started his professional life in the Pedagogue staff as a Specialist of Family and Juvenile Courts by passing the exam held by the Ministry of Justice. After graduating from Anadolu University Department of Public Administration as a second degree, İsa Değirmenci was appointed as Assistant Secretary General at Mersin University in 2015. Having served as the Head of the Department of Strategy Development, the Head of Department of Personnel, Head of Directorate of Construction and Technical Works at the same university respectively, İsa Değirmenci has been working as the Secretary General at Mersin University since 2020.
