The 29th annual Culture and Sports Festival (MEÜFEST 2026), a tradition of our university, concluded with a magnificent awards ceremony. Following weeks of competitions, the sports teams of our Vocational School of Health Services brought great pride with their successful results.

The ceremony, which began with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem, was attended by our Rector Erol YAŞAR, vice rectors, deans, directors, academic and administrative staff, and students. In his speech, our Rector Prof. Dr. Erol YAŞAR emphasized that sports strengthen the spirit of friendship, discipline, and brotherhood, and congratulated all the athletes who showed success in the competitions.

The teams of our Vocational School of Health Services, which competed within the scope of the festival, achieved significant results in different branches.

        Our Girls' Volleyball Team became the University Champion,

        Our Girls' Basketball Team came in second place at the University,

        Our Football Team came in second place at the University.

The most exciting moments of the ceremony were when the championship trophies were awarded. Our Girls' Volleyball Team achieved a great success by lifting the university championship trophy, while our Girls' Basketball and Football Teams also made our vocational school proud by securing second place in the university. As the Vocational School of Health Services, we congratulate all our athletes and technical staff who worked hard throughout the festival and wish them continued success.
