A Cleaning Activity Was Carried Out At Kargıpınarı Beach As Part Of The Environmental Protection Course.
As part of the Environmental Protection course offered at the Tourism and Travel Services Program of Mersin University's Vocational School of Social Sciences, an environmental cleanup activity was held at Kargıpınarı Beach on Tuesday, April 21st, between 13:00 and 15:00. The activity was led by program instructor Dr. Sercan Benli.
During the activity, students carried out cleaning work on the beach to increase their environmental awareness and actively contributed to the protection of the natural environment. This practice aimed to allow students to experience environmental protection awareness in the field, going beyond theoretical knowledge.
The activity concluded as a productive practice contributing to the development of a sustainable environmental understanding.
