The panel discussion titled "From Graduate to Profession: A Career Journey in the Automotive Sector" organized by our Vocational School was held on February 26, 2026, with strong attendance from our department students.

Our graduate Abidin LAMAN, who participated as a speaker, sincerely shared his experiences in his managerial role at Laman Automotive and his career journey in the automotive sector with our students.

Within the scope of the discussion;

• Current developments in the automotive sector,

• The importance of professional competencies in working life,

• Opportunities and challenges encountered during the transition to working life,

• The sector's expectations from qualified intermediate personnel and technical staff

were among the important topics discussed.

In the interactive segment of the program, our students had the opportunity to directly obtain information by asking questions about career planning, ways to gain sectoral experience, and matters to consider in job applications.

At the end of the program, Mr. LAMAN was thanked for his contributions and presented with a certificate of appreciation.

The event was completed in a highly productive manner, enhancing students' career awareness, strengthening their connections with the sector, and supporting graduate-student interaction.
