Our Faculty Student Ä°lknur Mert Represented Mersin University at the National Theology Students Congress.

The 2nd National Theology Students Congress, hosted by Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Islamic Sciences Community, was successfully held at the Ministry of Youth and Sports Yıldırım Beyazıt Youth Camp in the Silifke district of Mersin between May 30 – June 2, 2025.

Our Faculty student Ä°lknur Mert, who participated representing Mersin University, took an active role at the Employment Desk at the congress; she contributed to the work conducted on important topics such as employment problems faced by Faculty of Theology students after graduation, career planning, and opportunities in the public and private sectors.

The outcomes of the desk, shaped by academic evaluations and constructive proposals, contain important solution proposals regarding the professional dimension of theology education and have been included in the congress final report.

We congratulate our faculty student Ä°lknur Mert for her successful representation and hope that such scientific organizations will continue to increase.
