Amacı | Focuses on a quality of work life approach to diversity in the Workplace including gender, cultural, age, social, racial and ethnic differences. Examines professional and interpersonal dynamics within organizational cultures, human resource values, and politics. Includes leadership styles and career enhancement strategies. |
İçeriği | Quality, not only in the economic field but also in the social space constitutes one of the most important concepts. Thus the quality of working of this oil and according to quality demands in the market quality is closely related to the presentation. If quality of life, usually in the concrete at the societal level to meet human needs with the social level is an expression of the living conditions and living standards with objective indicators to determine the format are discussed. In this sense, both in private life and business life and in a balanced manner to increase the quality of the establishment in terms of individuals and families is important in the creation of a secure future. |
