Amacı | In the course the development of constitutions both in the World and Turkey as well as the 1982 Constitution of Turkey will be examined in comparison with the 1961 Constitution. |
İçeriği | Firstly in Europe the emergence of parliaments and limiting absolute monarchies will be studied through social, political and economical context. Then starting from the era of the Ottoman Empire the developmental process of the constitutions of Turkey (1921, 1924, 1961 and 1982) will be thought while considering the context both in Turkey and in the World. Then the ‘beginning’ and ‘basic features of the Turkish Republic’ and the articles of he Constitution concerning human rights are going to be held. Lastly, the processes and the relationships between the legislature, the executive and the judiciary will be thought. |
