Amacı This course aims to give students an appreciation of the institutions, rules and methods of industrial relations and human resource management in the view of protection of labour
İçeriği This course equips candidates with in-depth knowledge on the association of ongoing development of globalization the knowledge society and knowledge with our society, the difference between knowledge work and industrial work and carification of the terms society and industrial society.
