Amacı The purpose of this course, students working in businesses hiring and placement process to teach and recruitment-related information management and organizational behavior literature in the context of placement to gain the ability to evaluate.
İçeriği Course content, recruitment, selection and placement, job descriptions and competency analysis, career planning, training management and performance evaluation consists of application.
