Amacı | The purpose of this course is to introduce students the need for and the importance of development planning in developing countries. Moreover, this module introduces participants the origins, development and limitations of planning theory, and techniques of project and policy analysis. This course explores various facets and tools of economic planning which are used to identify and solve specific policy questions. These concepts and tools enabled student to firmly understand the basic knowledge and principles of economics and public finance that are already given during the first two years of first cycle of the education. |
