Amacı To give theoretical and practical information on the subjects pertinent to monitoring, measurement and evaluation of temporal changes occurring in the amount and quality of groundwater and surface waters, to introduce field and laboratory methods used in the solution of various hydrogeologic problems and to improve student’s report writing skills.
İçeriği Methods used for the measurement of runoff in rivers; Methods used for the measurement of discharge in springs; Laboratory methods used for determination of hydraulic conductivity; Field methods used for determination of hydraulic conductivity; Determination of groundwater levels in wells; Determination of hydraulic gradient and groundwater flow directions in aquifers; Groundwater and surface water sampling methods; Measurement of groundwater and surface water physical and chemical parameters in-situ; Interpretation of hydrogeologic and hydrogeochemical data and report writing.
