| Amacı | Define biological, geographical, climatic and tectonic changes that earth has experienced from the origin till now within geologic time frames, and discuss current changes. |
| İçeriği | Formation of universe, solar system, and earth; the origin and evolution of the earth crust, atmosphere and sea water; geologic age and geologic time concepts; main fosil records of the geologic history and evolution; the history of precambrian, the history of paleozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic history; general information about life, climate, geography and orogenesis; mass extinctions through the geologic time. |
