Amacı Explain basic drawing-writing tools and equipments for Geological Engineering profession and education; use drawing methods for the solution of various geological problems; make designs; improve 2D and 3D thinking capability.
İçeriği Drawing-writing tools and equipments; elements of drawing; geometric design; projection of objects onto a plane; dip (plunge) angle and dip direction; topographic maps; topographic cross-section (profile); dip (plunge) angle and dip direction of discontinuities; intersection line of a plane made with a topographic surface; geological maps; apparent slope angle; perspective and block diagrams; making 3D field models using topographic data.
