Amacı Introduction to the theory of HRM functions and tmaking students to have a grasp of and ability to practice HRM functions.
İçeriği In this course the HR functions like HR planning, job analyses, recruitment, selection, job evaluation, compensation and rewards, performance appraisal, and relevant employment laws and HR information systems, international HRM and strategic HRM will be discussed.
