İçeriği	Business use cases are used to define certain more specialized processes. A process model is the sum of processes in all business units. A business use situation covers details such as applying mortgages, including alternative flows. It includes all kinds of processes such as application, observation, renewal and cancellation. Business use is an individual narrative, with all the stories about the processes on a single model.
