The Gender Studies Doctoral Program, which began in the 2014-2015 academic year, aims to introduce students to fundamental topics in the field of gender and women's studies. The program's goal is to train experts with critical skills who can examine gender representations in social life using methods from various disciplines such as anthropology, history, sociology, philosophy, and media studies.

• Admission to the program requires a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a master's degree in Women's Studies, a valid ALES score, foreign language proficiency, and a successful interview.
• Students who complete the graduation requirements receive a doctoral degree in Women's Studies with the title “Doctor (Dr.)”. Graduates can be employed as academics at universities or as expert researchers in local governments (municipalities) and civil society organizations.
