* All project transactions, including new project applications, interim report/final report entries, extension requests, additional budget requests, advance/purchase requests, and advance/purchase closing transactions, are handled through the automation system linked above.

* Access to the BAP Automation System is authorized for faculty members with doctoral/specialist degrees.

* To be registered in the BAP automation system, thesis students must first obtain a corporate email address from the Information Technology Department and create a resume in the APBS Automation System.
