Maritime Transportation and Management Program conducts training to train "Watch Officers". In addition to the basic courses,

the program training plan includes vocational courses within the content of IMO Model Course 7.03 (AII/1), which are

compulsory within the scope of watchkeeping officer training. Maritime Transportation and Management Program aims to raise

graduates who keep up with the requirements of the age and technological developments in their field and who are competent

to work in an internationally recognized profession.

Students who graduate from the Maritime Transportation and Management Program can work as "Watch Officer" provided that

they do a 12-month offshore internship and pass the professional exams.


Ship Machinery Management Program conducts training with the aim of training "Engineering Officers".  In addition to the basic

courses, the program training plan includes vocational courses in the content of IMO Model Course 7.04 (AIII/1), which is

compulsory within the scope of engineering officer training.  Ship Machinery Management Program aims to raise graduates who

keep up with the requirements of the age and technological developments in their field and who are competent to work in an

internationally recognized profession.

Students who graduate from the Marine Machinery Management Program can work as "Engineering Officers" provided that they

do a 12-month internship and pass the professional exams.
