.MASTER'S PROGRAM WITH THESIS IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION

Educational Administration master's program with thesis started in 2003-2004 academic year within the body of Mersin University Institute of Social Sciences. Our department was affiliated to the Institute of Educational Sciences established in 2010. There are 5 Professors, 1 Associate Professor, 1 Assistant Professor, 1 Assistant Professor and 1 Research Assistant in the Department of Educational Administration. Courses are held at Mersin University Çiftlikköy campus, Faculty of Education.

Educational Administration master's program with thesis aims to train educational scientists and administrators who have the accumulation of theory and practice in the field of educational administration, who have adopted the idea of individual and academic development, who are aware of their responsibilities towards the field of science and society. It is aimed to provide the theoretical and practical training necessary for the participants of the program to access the latest information, interpret them, associate them with past knowledge, and combine theory and practice.

Educational Administration Master's Program with Thesis is completed in a total of 6 semesters, including 2 semesters of scientific preparation, 2 semesters of course phase and 2 semesters of thesis phase. In the scientific preparation phase, the basic theoretical and practical knowledge of the field of educational administration is included in 4 compulsory courses. The course phase consists of a total of 8 courses (1 compulsory, 7 elective), a seminar study and a master's thesis. Turkish and English literature is followed in the program.
