There are four postgraduate education programs within the Department of Basic Education. These are: "Master's Program in the Department of Classroom Teaching Education", "Master's Program in the Department of Classroom Education Evening Education Non-Thesis", "Master's Program in the Department of Preschool Education" and "Master's Program in the Department of Preschool Education Evening Education Non-Thesis".

A total of 40 students are studying in the currently open "Classroom Teacher Education Master's Program". Postgraduate education activities in the relevant field of science are carried out by 3 permanent professors, 4 associate professors and 1 assistant professor. In addition to those who have graduated from the field of classroom teaching, those who have graduated from the fields of primary Turkish teaching, science teaching, primary mathematics teaching, social studies teaching and English teaching can apply to the Master's Program in Classroom Teacher Education. In addition, those who have graduated from a field other than these fields and have been teaching primary school for at least five (5) years are also eligible to apply. An ALES score is also required for application, and a minimum of 65 from ALES (EA) is required.

Preschool Education Master's Program will start accepting students as of September 2020. Postgraduate education activities in the relevant field of science are carried out by 1 permanent professor, 5 associate professors and 2 lecturers. It is carried out by. Graduates from the fields of Preschool Teaching, Child Development Teaching, Child Development and Preschool Teaching can apply to the Preschool Education Master's program. An ALES score is also required for application, and it is necessary to get at least 55 from ALES.
