Department of Otorhinolaryngologic Diseases
Our Otolaryngology Department offers clinical and surgical services with
the most advanced technology. We have 4
units for patient examination and 4 units for hearing and balance tests.
Newborn hearing screening and auditory brainstem response test are also
provided in audiology unit. Every year approximately 24000 patients admit to
our outpatient service. Our inpatient services are supplied with a 20 bed
capacity. Surgical procedures are performed at 6 operating rooms in 5 days of
the week and approximately 2000 patients per year are operated under general or
local anesthesia. Surgical and medical treatment on Otology, Neurotology,
Rhinology, Head and Neck Cancers, Laryngology, Allergy, Facial Plastic, Skull
Base, Salivary Glands, Cochlear Implants and Sialendoscopy are performed in our department.
