Mersin University's Department of Public Finance, founded in 1992 alongside our faculty, began offering education in the 2005-2006 academic year with 30 students. In addition to our undergraduate program, we launched a Master's Program with a Thesis in Finance in the 2015-2016 academic year, a Doctoral Program in Finance in the 2019-2020 academic year, and a Master's Program without a Thesis (Second Education) in Finance in the 2020-2021 academic year. Our department offers departments in Budget and Financial Planning, Financial Economics, Financial Theory, and Financial Law.
