Mersin University Faculty of Dentistry regards its graduates not merely as an outcome of the educational process, but as active stakeholders in the quality assurance system. Communication and feedback processes with graduates are carried out by the Alumni Tracking Commission. By monitoring the employment status and professional development of graduates, the Commission reflects the resulting data into the educational processes. Expanded in scope in 2025, the Commission now also covers continuing education, mentoring, and community engagement activities.

To collect graduates’ opinions, an online survey system—actively used for the past two years—is employed to gather regular feedback, and the data obtained are evaluated within the quality improvement processes.
