Tourism and Travel Services
Program Profile
The Tourism and Travel Services program aims to train qualified travel agency personnel with the knowledge and skills to independently handle agency operations, reservation procedures, and ticketing processes in travel agency operation, reservation, and ticketing departments, in accordance with agency procedures. In addition to mandatory and vocational courses, the educational plan offers elective courses in the second year that students can choose according to their preferences. Optional English preparatory education is also available.

In this context, graduates can find employment in hotels, accommodation businesses, tour companies, fair companies, in areas such as tour planning and sales, ticketing, marketing planning, sales and marketing supervision, order taking, in-store sales, online sales and marketing, online services, and call centers.
