Diploma Eki (Diploma Supplement; DS),
uluslararası saydamlığı pekiştirmeyi hedefleyen ve elde edilmiş yeti ve
becerilerin, ve de bunların ifade edildiği diploma, derece, sertifika gibi
belgelerin, akademik ve meslekî tanınmasını sağlamaya yönelik, bir yüksek
öğretim diplomasına ek olarak verilen belgedir.
Üniversitemizde Diploma Eki lisans ve
yüksek lisans diploması almaya hak kazanan tüm öğrencilerimize diplomalarıyla
birlikte ücretsiz olarak İngilizce verilir.
The Diploma Supplement (DS) is a document
attached to a higher education diploma aiming at improving international
‘transparency’ and at facilitating the academic and professional recognition of
qualifications (diplomas, degrees, certificates etc.). It is designed to
provide a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the
studies that were successfully completed by the individual named on the
original qualification to which this supplement is appended. It should be free
from any value-judgements, equivalence statements or suggestions about
recognition. It is a flexible non-prescriptive tool which is designed to save
time, money and workload. It is capable of adaptation to local needs.
Diploma Supplement (in English) is given automatically and free of charge to every student upon graduation.
